vomit in or around my face

Update: My hands are now tingling. I don't itch so much anymore. But one gross thing I did about 20 minutes ago was I coughed so hard I gagged. Ok normally, but today I kinda vomited and drooled all over mysellf. I had to pick vomit out of my hair and off my shirt. I am for sure dying. If I live to see tomorrow I am going to start the list of things I want to do before I die...
